How do I upload my files?
Either drag & drop them into our uploader, or click the upload box to select your file. Once the upload is complete, we will issue you a unique URL which you can share with others who can then download the file instantly.
How long will my files be online?
Up to 30 days for guests, forever for registered users. You can also upload files and set them to auto expire after 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. Registered users can store their files forever, as well as create one time download
links.
What can I upload?
Anything. Just keep it legal. Uploadfiles.io was built with love, to allow everybody to be able to share their files. We'll be able to keep offering the service as long as the files shared aren't breaking any laws.
How many downloads are allowed ?
Unlimited. We do not impose bandwidth limits, your uploads can be continuously downloaded until the file is either deleted, or it expires.
Can I email my files?
Yes. You can click "share by email" to send files directly using our email feature, or you can simply copy the URL into your own email client.
Is Uploadfiles really free?
Yes. The core service is completely free, there are no hidden costs to host your files. We have paid plans for advanced features, but the service will always remain free to use
How do I download a file?
Click download. It's very easy (yet we still get asked). When you've been sent a file URL, simply click the "download" button. Free users will need to wait a few seconds before the button will be available
Are there log files or backups
No. All uploads are completely anonymous, our logs are cycled continuously. Once a file has automatically been deleted, it is completely gone, forever
